Just wanted to say thanks again to Chris for dialing in the alignment on my 2000 Toyota 4Runner last Friday. Since moving up to Sac from the Bay, it’s been tough finding a shop that really knows what they’re doing. Glad I found you guys. I’ve taken my 4Runner to a few places around Sacramento, and no one could quite get the settings right until now. Chris really took the time to get everything dialed, especially getting the caster where I needed it without messing with the camber. The truck is driving great. I’ll definitely be bringing my other cars your way moving forward!

Have been going to Cali Custom Alignments for a few years now. My cars are mainly used for aggressive street and track driving. I came in having already researched alignment specifications. They suggested modifications to those specs given my use case and driving style for the cars, which made the cars drive exactly how I wanted them to drive. I've also come in with steering issues after trackdays, which they diagnosed and gave recommendations for worn out parts to replace.

This company has been an absolute great experience and from what I’ve seen they have a lot of knowledge and they have done some great work on my truck and I look forward to a lot more work from them. The first time coming here, I was kind of skeptical because of past issues with trusting shops but when first entering this shop, I talked to a gentleman named Doug and I was very shocked on how he wanted to find me the best deals and the lowest prices on parts And I immediately realized that I found the right shop and a place, I can trust to take my truck. I’ve been going to Cali Custom Alignments in the 916 for a while now, and I’ve consistently been impressed with their work. Over the years, they’ve installed my coilovers, camber arms, headers, downpipes, CV axles, and handled all my alignments. Most recently, I had my air suspension installed, and honestly, it was next-level. The install was clean, efficient, and my ride performs better than I could have imagined. The team is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also super friendly. A special shoutout to their desk lady—she always welcomes me with a smile, helps me with anything I need, and makes sure I’m squared away before I leave. If you’re in the 916 area and need quality suspension work—or basically any performance or alignment work—Cali Custom Alignments is the place to go. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!

This review is long over due but Cali Custom Alignments is the real deal. Staff is super friendly and approachable if that makes sense? Chris and his wife are super professional and knowledgeable not a doubt in my mind when I dropped my car off that there would be any issues. Some shops tend to be arrogant especially if you have limited knowledge on suspension and aligning your vehicle but you can tell Chris and his wifes responses to my questions were genuine and the pricing is super reasonable, Cant say thank you enough guys. See you soon for my next upgrade!
